ACUTE CORONARY SYNDROME IN A YOUNG FEMALE: A RARE OCCURRENCE WITH CABERGOLINE

Spontaneous coronary artery dissection (SCAD) is a rare but increasingly recognized cause of acute syndrome. Here, we describe SCAD in 25-year-old female on long-term cabergoline therapy with no other cardiac risk factors. Cabergoline-induced should be considered patients presenting an syndrome who are treated this medication.
